The importance of the project
Mentoring assures young people that there is someone in their lives who cares about them, who cares about them, gives them confidence that they are not alone in solving everyday problems, and gives them an understanding that they are needed and important. Mentoring gives children a sense of self-confidence and helps them unleash their inner potential.
Every year 10-15 thousand teenagers leave boarding schools and start "adult" life without the support of family or relatives, without basic life skills.

According to official statistics, only 2% of them receive higher education and have a chance of success in the future.

But most young people are not ready for independent living and do not know what to do next. They go down the social ladder and become a target for criminal and anti-social groups.
