    Our mission
    • To increase the level of financial literacy among the young population of Ukraine and teach young people to solve financial challenges in society
    • To form a generation of Ukrainians who know how to use a wide range of financial instruments, easily develop their own businesses, become entrepreneurs and investors from school
    • Give people a conscious choice to move from the "employee" square to the "self-employed", "businessman", "investor" squares (According to Robert Kiyosaki's quadrants)
    • To inculcate skills of joint decision-making, teamwork, mutual aid, skills of charity, ability to take responsibility for others

    How we work
    • WE HOLD GAMES AND TEACH
      Board training games with Wecanomy (analog of the game Cash-Flow) in Ukrainian, adapted to the Ukrainian economy. We teach the rules of the game, financial literacy, coaching skills and help to master leadership skills.
    • WE ADMINISTER AND PRINT MATERIALS
      We agree with schools, libraries and universities to hold games with teenagers. We administer the process and schedule of training and games. We publish board games and methodological materials for training games.
    • WE INVOLVE MENTORS
      Business mentors to continue children's education, internships in the business environment.
    • LIST OF REFERENCES
      We provide a list of recommended literature for children to continue their development on their own.
    To volunteer for a project

    Register and leave your contact details (mobile phone with viber / telegram + e-mail)

    Our coordinator contacts you and asks a few questions about participation in the project (how much time are you willing to allocate for the project, motivation, the desired area of the city, etc.)

    Our administrative team adds you to the viber / telegram group, where invitations to the first level games are constantly published (demonstration game, lasts 2 hours to find out what kind of training game it is)

    Training to host the game
    Complete training game. Register for the second-level training game. Lasts 5 hours. The games are hosted by our hosts under the mentorship of the curator.

    Training for presenters. After 3-5 full games, attend the training for presenters. Lasts 6-8 hours. After that, you can conduct a game-training as a facilitator under the mentorship of a curator.

    The second stage of training for presenters. After 10-20 games held by you, go through the second stage of training for presenters. This training is followed by certification, which gives you the opportunity to play games in schools for children under the mentorship of the curator. Training for you is free of charge.

    After 50-60 games it is possible to conduct independent games for children in schools, as well as the supervision of other presenters. The game in schools and/or universities is free for children.

    Who is the presenter?

    Passed a demonstration game-training of the first level, played 3-5 games of the second level, passed 2 trainings for presenters, spent 10-20 games together with the curator as a presenter. After agreement with the coach, he plays games in children's schools together with the curator.

    He signed a memorandum of cooperation with the NGO "Rotary Club Kyiv International" on conducting training games for children in schools / universities free of charge. It can conduct paid trainings for adults in its environment, but for children in schools / universities it should ONLY conduct free of charge.

    Attends trainings for presenters and curators on weekends (coaching, communication, public speaking, adolescent psychology, financial literacy, others).
    IN THE BEGINNING, THE MODERATOR CONDUCTS GAMES UNDER THE GUARDANCE OF A QUALIFIED COACH FOR FUTURE LEADERS. AFTER SOME TIME BEGINS TO PLAY GAMES IN SCHOOLS FOR CHILDREN
